Once we collect your keys (or are provided remote access to your car), our team uses our mobile cleaning kit to clean your car and provide other services.

How long does a standard cleaning take?
Most services are completed within 1 hour, depending on the package and vehicle condition. We collect your keys from you so you can go on about your day without having to think about it. We send you pictures so you can see the post clean condition.
What if I park my car in a garage? On the street?
No problem, Curbside Concierge has many clients in garages. We can coordinate with your garage management company or directly with you to gain access to your car. And if you’re parked on the street, as long as the vehicle is legally parked, we come to you.
What type of products do you use?
We use commercial grade equipment and select pH-balanced, biodegradable cleaners ensuring quality results without compromising the environment.
Can you perform maintenance on my car?
We do not perform maintenance on your car, however, we can liaise with your service provider (dealership service dept, quick lube, or local mecahanic) to coordinate and perform drop off/pick up for you.

Do I need to provide water or power?
No. Curbside Concierge uses cordless equipment and waterless/low-water techniques. We are fully self-sufficient.
Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes. Email us at hello@curbsideconcierge.co to provide to, from, $ amount, and recipient address, Or Venmo us @curbsideconcierge and provide recipient name & address. We will mail or hand-deliver the gift card to the recipient.
